We provide 1:1 Personal Training at either a private studio in St Albans City centre, or at BodyLimits gym in Sandridge. We recommend 1:1 training for all abilities, particularly if you know you need to work with a PT to help achieve that consistently that’s required to achieve your goals. This is the perfect choice for those who need a PT for a weekly ongoing basis.

Dedicate yourself to 6 weeks of training, 3x 1 hour sessions each week!

Our 6 Week Kick Starters are designed to get you back into training in a short sharp burst, gaining new knowledge and building new habits quickly. We run 3 Kick Starter courses; a beginner’s course, a restarter course, and an advanced improvement course. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn something new, a restarter who once trained well and needs to get back in the game, or an advanced athlete who is struggling to overcome a plateau, our 6 Week Kick Starters will get you there!

Looking to make A complete change for the long run? Commit to a 90 Day challenge!

The 90 Day Challenge is designed for those who want have found it challenging to make the changes required to achieve the health and fitness goals desired. The 90 Day Challenge is entirely orientated around your chosen goal, with all training sessions and fitness challenges tailored towards your unique 90 Day programme. Recovering from an injury and looking to get back to your best? Rehab training will get you there!

Struggling with an injury? Limited by pain? Don’t let pain and stubborn injuries hold you back from becoming the person you want to be. We get to the root cause of your pain, change the problem causing habits, and rebuild your strength and stability to ensure the problem does not return. We also collaborate with Re:Solution Osteopathy Clinic should we require more advanced procedures such as shockwave therapy or gait analysis.
