We believe health and fitness should be a priority and an important part of your day, and certainly not a luxury or an after thought.
Welcome to St Albans Personal Training! We are a CIMPSA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) registered personal trainers who have been supporting our amazing clients since 2014, providing 1:1 personal training at our private studio in St Albans city centre and at Body Limit Gym in Sandridge.
Your goal is our goal, whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight and burn off body fat, improve your core strength, or rehab muscular pain so you can get back to doing the activities you love. You’ll train with a personal trainer for 1 hour sessions either once, twice, or three times a week by selecting one of our services, all of which come with a tailored training programme for achieving your goals in a set time frame. Your progress will be tracked through our app, keeping you both accountable to your goals and ensuring you are always progressively improving with every session.

Our Training Services
We offer 1:1 Personal Training to suit all lifestyles. All our services come with 1:1 Personal Training at either our private studio in St Albans, at our partner gym Body Limit Gym in Sandridge (or a mix of both), a free trial, free medical onboarding, and a personalised training programme to help you make exercise a priority and not an after thought.
1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
New to managing your health and fitness? Looking to improve your knowledge around exercise and nutrition?
Start with our 1:1 weekly PT sessions, where we train you once, twice, or three times a week.
Perfect if you lack the motivation to train by yourself, and need a personal trainer to keep you on track for achieving your goals!
REHAB TRAINING
Suffered an injury or experiencing muscle pain? Is your pain getting in the way of your goals and living a more active lifestyle?
Don’t let your pain and discomfort hold you back any longer! We will help you overcome your pain and get you back to doing the activities and sports you love!

If you want results you’ve never had before, do things you’ve never done before.
When most people want to make a change, 97% of us will try to do that by either doing more of the same things we’ve always done, or do less of the things we have already been doing. Rarely will we do the 3rd option – and that is to do something different entirely!
For your free trial, we’ll plan a 1 hour session based around what you’re looking to achieve, and answer any questions you may have whether they be about exercises, injuries or pain, nutrition – anything health related at all! We want your free trial to be the most informative and helpful it can be for you.
