Welcome to St Albans Personal Training! Since 2014, our CIMSPA registered personal trainers have helped our clients achieve their health and fitness goals, through our 1:1 personal training at our private studio in St Albans city centre and at Body Limit Gym in Sandridge.
Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving core strength, or rehab for a muscular injury, we’ll create a tailored programme for you, get you back to doing the activities you love, and guaranteed results that will last!
Choose from one of our services to help you achieve your goals such as our Weekly 1:1 PT Sessions, or our two most popular training packages which are our 6 Week Kick Starter and 90 Day Challenge, our Injury Rehab or Clinical Exercise training services if you’re suffering with an injury or a complex medical condition, or our Online Personal Training if you’re needing a more flexible training schedule.
