We’re here to help build your confidence and give you our expert 1:1 personal training, nutrition, and fitness advice. We’ll be there every step of the way to keep you on track towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, or an athletic fitness fanatic looking to take their training to the next level, or needing to rehab muscular pain so you can do more of the activities you love, we’ll create a training programme that starts with where you’re at today and ends with you becoming the person you want to be!

PRIVATE TRAINING
Train once, twice, or three times a week with our Personal Trainers!
We are a personal trainers who provide 1:1 personal training sessions at our private studio in St Albans town centre, and at BodyLimits Gym in Sandridge.
Your goal is our goal, whether you’re looking to build strength and power, burn fat and improve core strength, or rehab muscular pain so you can get back to doing the activities you love. We’ll create a unique and tailored training programme that gets you there in a set time frame.
We train people for 1 hour sessions either once, twice, or three times a week, often as part of a set training schedule and programme. We believe health and fitness should be a priority and an important part of your day, and certainly not a luxury or an after thought.

6 WEEK Kick Starters
For those who are looking to kick start their training, we also offer specialised 6 week programmes. This is where you’ll spend 6 weeks training 3x a week on a 1:1 basis with a Personal Trainer, following a nutrition plan aligned to your goals. Sessions are 1 hour and are done at either our private studio or at BodyLimits gym.
90 DAY CHALLENGE!
If you want the results you’ve never had before, you have to do the things you’ve never done before.
If you have not been getting the results you want then take on our 90 Day Challenge! This is where you prioritise your health and fitness by committing to 90 Days of working with our Personal Trainers to achieve your chosen goal!
