Training Overview
Our flexi service is designed with the super busy person in mind. We know that if you’re reading this, you’re someone who would absolutely love to train more often, but your relentless work schedule or busy life simply prevents you from training with a fixed schedule.
So our flexi services gives you full online Personal Training, whereby you commit to a written training programme completely bespoke to fit around your commitments, as well as access to a Personal Trainer, who will be there to train you through your workouts, discuss the different aspects of your training, as well as discuss other key parts of your health and fitness such as nutrition.
You’ll also be able to book ad hoc 1 hour in person training sessions at our private studio in the town centre of St Albans, or at our partner gym in Sandridge, at our usual cost of our 1:1 PT sessions (please enquire for prices). Perfect for those whose work hours change regularly, and are looking to book 1:1 Personal Training sessions in a flexible manner.

What you can expect
During your first month, you’ll undergo an initial training call to discuss your goals and the programme we’ll write for you to achieve them. Thereafter you’ll receive monthly online video calls with a personal trainer to discuss your training goals, and keep you accountable to completing the tasks and workouts required to achieve them! You’ll receive:

- Personalised training programme
- Weekly check ins
- Monthly goal setting and review sessions
- Nutritional advice and goal setting sessions
- Online PT sessions for when you can’t make an in person session
You’ll also have the flexibility to book in 1:1 ad hoc in person training sessions at our studio or at our partner gym. This allows you to book training sessions when your schedule allows for it, and enriches your online training.
The in person training sessions themselves are 60 minutes. We don’t charge extra if they run over a bit as we always have 15 minutes between client sessions, allowing us time to prepare the studio ready for your session.
All sessions are planned as part of a programme we have written for you, and therefore will focus on the needs of your goals. In general, a typical session will be structured like this:

- Warm up (targeted light stretching and movement patterns)
- Mobility/Stability work (preparing your muscles and joints for the main workout)
- Main workout (strength and conditioning, HIIT, and/or power training)
- Core strengthening (a mix of dynamic, isometric, rotations, and anti-rotation/anti-flexion training)
- Cool down (light cardio and stretching)
If you’re ever unsure how to do an exercise or stretch, our Personal Trainers will record a video for you showing you how. You can also access all your training programmes, sessions, and additional training resources via our very own training app!

How to get started

That way, we can learn more about yourself, your health and fitness goals, as well as answer any questions you may have.
During the call we'll also offer you a no obligation free trial which will give you the chance the meet your trainer and undertake a light training session at our studio. That way you can see if we are the right trainers for you. If you decide to take us on as your new personal trainers, we'll start with a Free Medical Onboarding Session. This is where we'll perform a full health assessment so we can fully understand where your health and fitness is currently at, as well make note of any injuries or concerns we need to know about so we can keep you as safe as possible.
