Your motivation comes and goes, and exercise has been sporadic.

That change starts here and this is the beginning of your new health and fitness journey. We get it. You may feel anxious about starting a new fitness routine, or unsure how to achieve your goals. This is where we come in. We’ll build your confidence and give you our expert 1:1 personal training, nutrition, and fitness advice. We’ll be there every step of the way to keep you on track towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, an athletic fitness fanatic, or needing to rehab muscular pain so you can do more of the activities you love, we’ll create a training programme that starts with where you’re at today and ends with you becoming the person you want to be!

PERSONAL 1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING
We believe health and fitness should be a priority and an important part of your day, and certainly not a luxury or an after thought.
We are a CIMPSA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) registered personal trainers who provide 1:1 Personal Training at our private studio in St Albans town centre, and at Body Limit Gym in Sandridge.
Your goal is our goal, whether you’re looking to build strength, burn off body fat, improve your core strength, or rehab muscular pain so you can get back to doing the activities you love. We’ll create a unique and tailored training programme that gets you there in a set time frame, whilst tracking your progress using our free app (or a free gym diary if you don’t enjoy using apps!)
We train our clients for 1 hour sessions either once, twice, or three times a week, often as part of a set training schedule and personalised programme.

Looking to train with a PT in a private studio away from others, or in a local gym to learn how to use equipment you’ve never used before? Maybe you’re looking to get back to the fitness levels you once had, or are looking to up your training game! Wherever you’re at in your health and fitness journey, we have four great options to help you turn that new page in your health and fitness story, and become the person you know you want to be!
1:1 WEEKLY PERSONAL TRAINING
Train 1-3 times a week on an ongoing basis. Perfect if you lack the motivation to train by yourself, or you’re unsure what exercises to do to achieve your goals.
6 WEEK KICKSTARTER
Train 3 times a week for the next 6 weeks. Perfect for getting back into exercise, making an immediate lifestyle change, or overcoming training plateaus.
90 DAY CHALLENGE
If you’re looking to achieve a particular goal over the next 3 months, then sign up today! You’ll train 3 times a week with a PT who will hold you to account!
INJURY REHAB
Recently suffered an injury or experiencing musculoskeletal pain? The muscles effected may feel weak, tight, or painful. We’ll help you overcome these issues.
FLEXI SERVICE
Train 1-3 times a week on an ongoing basis. Perfect if you lack the motivation to train by yourself, or you’re unsure what exercises to do to achieve your goals.

Not been getting the results you want for your health and fitness? Then now is a great time to book a free trial with us!
For your free trial, we’ll plan a 1 hour session based around what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll also answer any questions you may have whether they be about exercises, injuries or pain, nutrition – anything health related at all! We want your free trial to be the most informative and helpful it can be for you.
